This version ships with all the great features from the full release, except for the following restrictions:
+ No Import or Link from the AddressBook
+ Only one Vehicle
+ No signed pdf or raw-data exports
+ Restricted to 10 location templates
+ No automatic private trips
+ No QuickAdd Screen on Startup
+ Displays Ad-Banners
+ Only one service Type

If you decide to upgrade, you can create a backup of your data and later import it (using iTunes Sharing) into the full version.
